General Info

• This is a vacation house rental, available for groups booking the whole house only. Individual rooms are not available.
• Check-in time is after 3 pm and its a self check-in. Check-out time is 11 am. Guests will receive information about the house and grounds and door codes prior to arrival.
• We cannot accommodate pets. Please contact us for occasional exceptions.
• Smoking is permitted outside only.
• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation.
• 2-night minimum stay is required. A 3-night minimum stay is required for holiday weekends. Reduced rates apply for longer stays.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 30 days prior to the arrival date, will receive a full refund of deposit, minus $75 processing fee. With less than 30 days notice, your deposit will not be refunded.
• Early check outs will not be refunded.
• We understand that weather and life circumstances can change quickly and recommend securing travel insurance.
